But there’s a very important — and dangerous — new trend we’re seeing with today’s youth: in the video below (produced by high schoolers) you can see that the boy at 1:00 and the girl at 1:18 have the attitude that “technology will fix the problem”. The prevalence of teen hearing loss increased from 14.9% in 1994 to 19.5% in 2006.
